Forgot my user/email

Hello, I’m trying to recover my user/email for one of my wordpress websites… I created a new email just for that particular wordpress site and now I can’t recover it. I’ve looked around the support tabs but all questions require you to have your user/email in order to receive account recovery answers. Please assist.
