Forgot old e-mail for getting a new password

    I have not used my block Mandantenrecht.wordpress.com, — since 2006, and I have lost my e-mail adress I had registered the block.
    I can not get the new password send to me, since this e-mail is deleated.
    How can I get access again to my block ??
    Please can you halp me ??
