Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

Hi, thank you for your response. I am confused as to how to get to wordpress.org for my login issue, and I thought you might be able to pass my inquiry over to them at .org. Aren’t you guys one family? Excuse me if not.
Anyway, my website is http://www.memorycommunity.org and I wanted to contact people at wordpress.org for some questions but unfortunately, I can’t log in to their site due to password issue. I cannot find any access on wordpress.org for contact either. It’s been frustrating not being able to get a hold of them.
I am asking you to direct me please. But no matter what, thank you for your effort.

Here at WordPress.com sites are hosted exclusively using the wordpress software such as https://yanzzhou.wordpress.com/ . Your other site isn’t hosted here. WordPress.org is free software and not somewhere you can contact. It pays to keep the email address associated with your site updated for situations like this but there may be other options you could try
