Forgot password and not receiving the reset link

  Hi there,
  I cannot remember my admin panel log in password.
  When I try to reset the password, it says that a link with a reset link as been sent, but i’m not receiving anything. I’m just receivng an email saying that someone tried to change my password. Any idea on what’s happening? thank you

  Hi there,

  Have you checked your spam folder for the confirmation e-mails? May of the times, they end up there is you don’t receive in in your inbox.

  If you do not see them in your spam folder, let me know and I can look further into the issue for you.
