Forgot password/error message

Hi, I created a wordpress account in attempt to sync it with my printful account. I am running into the issues of not being able to log in. It says my password is wrong. When I click ‘lost password’ it takes me to an error page. How do I get around this?

Here are the instructions I am trying to follow. While I have since been able to get into WordPress, the issue I am currently dealing with is not being able to sync Printful. The reasoning why is “Printful needs access to WooCommerce API authorize page. This sometimes may get blocked due to hosts having unnecessarily intrusive security checks in place that prevent WooCommerece API authentication from working (for example mod_security rule #1234234). If this check fails, you will not be able to authorize Printful app.” I can’t figure out how to solve it. I get a Error 404 message on a WordPress page when I click “Connect”. -
