Forgot Password Not receiving reset email

Right now I am logged into a different account than the one I am asking about because I can’t get into the one I’m asking about.
I typed in my email and clicked to get a reset password email. But I have not received it yet.
Can you tell me if it takes a while to receive this email?
Or if there could be another problem? I checked, double and triple checked and I am typing in the right email.I have not had to do this before.

Not the one it says above. Sorry I didn’t notice it had that there until I came back to double check.The email I use is a yahoo email and I have checked my inbox and spam folders. I have attempted to resend request and have sent three in total.
I found this question and problem in other places of the forum but the solution isn’t working for me. I see no where that it says “Need more help?”
Who can I contact to get this resolved?

Ok so there must have been a glitch or something.
I got the form I needed and then when that wouldn’t let me send my email I needed help with…it told me to try the reset password form. Ugh. Well I did and I got my email.
