forgot password — reset — but forgot email password!

OK this will be a long shot but I hope someone can help.
I have received on my primary email a notification that I have “received a comment” on a blog I had from 3 years ago that I completely forgot about. I thought to myself ah how nice I can check it out/edit etc/reminisce but the problem is I was unable to sign in to that dashboard as I was under a different username. I remember the username but I forgot the password. No problem, I will reset password. However the email message is sent to an email that either doesn’t exist anymore (hotmail/live account that gets deleted after x amount of days) or is not accepting my password. I must have stupidly made up a separate email just for that blog (i.e. the username for wordpress and the email are the same) and forgot all about the password/email.
Stupid I know but I hope someone from wordpress.com can help me out (when you guys get back from your trip or what not) or if anyone here has any suggestions. I had a look at the support section but no luck in finding a solution.
My hope is that I can give some sort of verification info to someone at wordpress to be able to show that I am indeed the same user. I guess my strongest case is that I am getting email notifications from that blog to my primary email account as I believe at one point that blog/wordpress username was connected to my primary account that I use currently for my current blog.
If anyone needs further clarifications just let me know, it is a bit of a sticky situation.

The contact form should open up today – put anything in the search box and search then choose the Radio Button “no my question was not answered” and then page down to the contact form – it opens at the bottom of the page and can be off the bottom of your browser window.

Hey thank you for the info about how to contact them. I can’t wait, I hope things go well (hopefully they keep records of IPs, locations etc. to be able to match me). I will let you know how I go.
