  What do I do if I cannot get to my blog because I cannot remember which email is associated with it?

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
