So, I recently purchased premium plan and now I forgot the site password and the email id that is attached is not accessible that is why I am having issue resting the password I tried to fill the recovery form but it is not working as well, find me a solution, or else I need a refund for the website

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that robislegacy.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @robislegacy63defa0dab login. On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

I actually already tried all the option that you listed here, even I called my bank to get the transaction id and I got the transaction id as well however i got an error saying that the recite number is wrong, thus I came here for a resolution or refund
And yes my purchase is on different email account (which I am unable to recover as well) the email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXAs this purchase is tied to a different account, you need to provide that information in the account recovery form to get help: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

May I ask why you made this new purchase under an email account you don’t have access to? The account was created and the email address was successfully verified one week ago, so I’m curious why you don’t have access to this now.
Otherwise, that account recovery link and the transaction ID from your bank statement is what we’ll need to prove that account ownership.
