forgot the password

  Hello,
  I have created the 17th September a new blog, https://alemliteracia.wordpress.com/

  I completely forgot the password and the email,
  plus, have deleted the email of confirmation form

  I need to recover it as I need that blog,

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is only one means of account recovery. Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery by providing as much information as you can and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
