Forgot to cancel subscription

    Dear sir or madam,
    I tried this domain last year but after a few days decided to buy a domain elswhere. I forgot to cancel the subscription. Today I got a bill for 15 eur – automatic renewal. Would it be possible to cancel this payment?

    I’m not seeing any purchases or upgrades on the account you are posting from. Just the one from last year that you purchased and then refunded.

    Are you sure that the charge was from us? It looks like your domain psihoterapija-longyka.si was recently renewed. Would the charge have been from your domain registrar (which appears to be webtasy.com)?
