Forgot to pay domain fees

    The credit card attached to the account expired.
    Now I cannot access edNgage.com and am not sure if the domain is still active.
    I have the old credit card details which I can send as proof of ownership.
    I would like update my credit card details so the domain can be activated again.

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you have the transaction IDs from charges for the site in question, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
