Forgot to renew

  Hi team,

  I missed the email asking me to renew my website domain, and therefore forgot to renew andyveilleux.com. Whats the easiest way to do so?

  Hi Andy,

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive your payment I can email our registrar to restore the domain, and from there it usually takes about two days, though it can take a bit longer over weekends.
