  Hi, I got a notice that my blog expired yesterday. Now, my site has disappeared and I can’t see how to renew. Help, please.

  Hi sabinemmorrow,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites or purchased any upgrades, which suggests you have a second account. What is the address of the blog you need to renew? Please don’t share any transaction details here, just the blog address.

  Please also try logging out of sabinemmorrow, then log back in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, can you see an option to renew from the Manage Purchases page?
