Forgot username and password

  I forgot my username and password and also the email id I used to create my blog http://happyvalentineday.wordpress.com. Is there any way to recover the username and password?
  or just give my email address(that i used to registered this blog) and i’ll try to recover my own password

  do wordpress team delete any blog that not function(or not active)?
  how long it take time?any1 know?

  No.

  And deleting a blog will not free up the name or anything, it’ll only display a message saying it’s deleted. After that, nor you or anyone else will be able to use the name again.
