Forgot Username and Password

  Hi there,

  I think I need some help here with my problem.
  I have 2 wordpress address: chend.wordpress.com and prufinancialplanner.wordpress.com.
  Lately I want to post some article on my first WP which is chend.wordpress.com but unfortunately after I’m trying all my email for log in it’s doesnt work.
  I dont have any problem with the other WP (prufinancialplanner.wordpress.com) because I can log in and access it.

  What can I do to fix this?

  Hi,
  Are both of your blogs under the same WordPress account?
  If yes, then you only need to switch sites. If you can sucessfully see prufinancialplanner.wordpress.com. then you only need to click My Sites and then click Switch Sites. There you’ll find all your blogs registered under the same account.
  If your blogs are registered with different accounts, then it’s possible that you’re entering an incorrect password. Use the option Forgot password to reset your password when logging in.

  Hi Carladoria,
  Both of mine is under the different account, I have no problem when log in to prufinancialplanner.wordpress.com.

  For using the option forgot password to reset my password when logging in can not resolved it because all my email can not put as the username, and or maybe I also forgot those chend.wordpress.com using which email.

  Hi chandratri, I would recommend to check if both of them are under the same account:

  1- login with the “chend” account
  2- you should see at the top of the page the “my sites” option
  3- if you have more than one page under the same account you should see the “switch site” option, and then you will be able to choose between them

  Hi Ceciliareymendez,

  unfortunately that is my problem, I can’t log in to “chend” account.
  I only can login in to “prufinancialplanner” account, and I already check that “chend” is not associated with “prufinancialplanner” account.

  Sorry, I meant the other way around. Login with the “prufinancialplanner” account and then check the steps above.

  Otherwise you can complete the form for account recovery:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  so that the Staff can contact you.

  If you forgot which email to use for chend.wordpress.com, you can try the Account Recovery Form:
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
