Forgot username/password saying email is wrong!?

Blog I need help with is http://photographybycaryn.wordpress.com
I don’t remember the username or password for this blog and when I enter my email address it says there is no user with that email addy associated with the blog. I know this isn’t true because I’ve been using the same email addy for all this stuff for years.
Any suggestions as to how to resolve this?
