Forgotten Email address for my previous URL

    Dear Team,

    I have forgotten the email address and password that I previously used to register the URL kelynong.wordpress.com. Is it possible for me to retrieve back the same url with my current account, I did not make any transactions and I do not have any activation key, the blog is still empty, I hope that I can have it transferred to my new account. Please help, really appreciates it.

    Your comment has been tagged for staff attention, so someone better equipped to deal with this particular issue will be with you shortly.

    In the meantime, you might try reading through the Domain Expiration support page. If nothing else, it is possible that your domain will cycle through the various stages of expiration and one day become available again. This takes time though and is not a guarantee.

    I have forgotten the email address and password that I previously used to register the URL kelynong.wordpress.com.

    I’ve sent an email to the address we have on file for the owner of that account. For security reasons I’m unable to share this email address with you so please check all of your email accounts.

    Just so you are aware, without access to the email address or proof of ownership, we will be unable to help you access the account.
