Forgotten keyword form is not working

  Hello,

  The forgotten password form is defective. It keeps looping. When a customer clicks, they do receive the email with a link to the account on the site, but not to the password modification form.

  None of my customers (who have lost their password) can therefore access their account again.

  Could this be caused by a plugin? I don’t have any contact form plugins other than WP Forms… A technician suggested disabling WPS Hide Login, which I did, but nothing has changed.
