forgotten password for protected posts

  Long ago, I imported my old (vox) blog here, and password-protected all of them. I’ve since forgotten the password, and can’t find anywhere that tells me how to reset the password or find out what it was.

  Any ideas?

  I’m sorry but I don’t have a resolution for this. Hopefully another Volunteer or Staff will have one.

  …if you added the password after the import, go to:

  Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Quick Edit

  the password for each post should be revealed. If you used the same password for each post then all of the posts will be opened for you.

  I just looked and the password did show up for an individual Post and was in the clear – just look at the password or do a new one – have not tried the mass edit above – but the individual Post if you are at the Edit Post screen you can see and change the password without knowing the password before hand.
