Forgotten User Name?!

  If there is any help out there or in here for this one–I’m already grateful.

  Signed up for a blog last year, loved it and then got swamped with lots of life stuff going on and just now have time/inclination/engergy to blog.
  Problem: Cannot, just cannot remember the USERNAME I created and support is closed today. I tried signing up for a new blog, but my email is still attached to the old user name, so I had to borrow my husbands email to get a new user name to ask this ? about the old one.

  Any chance of retreving my old username from support at some time in the next few days? Weeks? Any time?

  One quick way would be to use the “new blog” you just setup as the way to access it. Just head over to your Admin => Users => and then “invite from community” with the email address that you used. It will send both an email to you as well as show the “username” in the blog admin if I remember correctly.

  artgirl2: you can enter an email address in the Lost Password form. The new password email will tell you both the username and your new password.

  You mean from another blog URL login box then tellyworth? Even use the one off the http://artgirl2.wordpress.com/wp-login.php or like that?
