  is there a question answer form for guests to respond and it emails to me?

  Hi there,

  Yes we have a guide here for using our “Form block” to create a custom intake form: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/

  The form will by default sent emails to the address you have set your account up under, but there is also settings within the block to send the filled forms to a different email, or even several inboxes at once.
