  Hi,
  I bought the ‘MedicalPlus – Health and Medical WordPress Theme’ at envato market. The theme says that it works with contact form 7. We configured the form but it not sending the information. We tried to use different host as gmail, msn and yahoo, but none worked. Could this be a problem from the wordpress contact form 7?

  Here’s the thing. The site at plucel.wordpress.com is using the Edin theme.

  Since we cannot install 3rd party themes or plugins on our WordPress.com websites, it sounds to me like you are referring to a self-hosted site using the standalone WP software.

  If that indeed is the case, you’ll want to head over to the forums for standalone WP https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username over there, you’ll need to register one.

  WP and WPcom are separate entities. You can read more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
