  Good morning,
  I have been tasked to go through our current live forms (Form 7) and make sure they are mapping correctly to a 3rd party software (Pardot), and have noticed some forms did not have 3rd party integration services setup.

  For some reason, I am able to amend existing services, but every time I try to add a new service to link to one of these forms I need to map, the new services do not save. The page refreshes and nothing happens, the new service with all the mapping settings disappear. Is there any reason why this would happen?
