"Form" Block does not refresh after a submission

    When someone fills out my form and submits, their information is stuck on the page (for everyone to see. I tested in incognito). Should the fields not reset to blank?

    Only after I re-publish the page it will clear the fields.

    I tried adjusting the “On Submission” function and none of them work. Is there another setting I’m missing?

    Generally speaking, a plugin/theme conflict test might be useful here when you deactivate all custom plugins or use one of the default themes temporarily to see if the Form block works as expected. You can use a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting to test this without affecting the live site.
