  in the contact form builder in wordpress, is any way to use the radio buttons or checkboxes, allowing the user to select multiple options at a time?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi fairfieldflyfins,

  If you’re looking to let a user select multiple options, you’ll need to use the checkbox option in the form builder, and create multiple fields to generate the checkboxes.
