Form Builder not working correctly, I think.
-
Once I add more than a couple of fields on the custom form builder and I go to move a single field the fields that I added stick together and move as one. I can’t separate them.
Also, when I try to edit an existing form and I click on the add contact form button it just opens up the ability to add a single field, it doesn’t bring up the existing form.
And, lastly, it seemed to stop letting me add fields at 8 fields, I believe.
Thank you.

First suggestion for you is to log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again. I’m having no issues when I create or edit a contact form.
Second, try using a different browser to see if that works. If it doesn’t, what browsers and browser versions are you using/did you try?

@thesacredpath Thanks for your reply. This is what I’ve now done:
– Logged out, cleared info per your suggestions
– Attempted again in Chrome
– Switched to IE9Still experiencing the same symptoms in both browsers.
Could it be a software update issue?

Hmmm, it worked for me yesterday when I edited one of my contact forms on a test blog, but this morning if I click the button to edit I get a new form, not the existing form to edit.
Contact staff directly on this as this is a bug: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

An update I just received in my email:
“You’re right; it *should* work this way, but it’s not doing what it’s supposed to right now. We are looking into it for a fix.”
