There appears to be a limit on the number of fields that can be added to a form, is this a design feature or have I found a bug.

add form tool within the create/edit page tool
the contact form your refer is what appears when I select the form tool
I then proceeded to customize the form by adding and changing the form fields
when a previewed my form the tool had added a button button between the nineteenth and twentieth fields. All the fields after the nineteenth were only listed and not formatted as form fields

There shouldn’t be a limit.
Would you please send a screenshot of what you’re trying to build to support@wordpress.com so we can try to reproduce the issue?
