I should clarify that we do not have that functionality built in to WordPress.com, so we would not be able to advise you on how to set this up. It is not inside of our area of expertise.
However, it is possible to add “plugins” to your WordPress site, which will add functionality that is not present in the platform itself. That is what I am thinking will be needed here, and to do that you would first need to upgrade to our WordPress.com Business Plan, which will unlock the ability to upload any plugin or 3rd party theme “designed for WordPress”
Upgrading to the Business plan would allow you to install WooCommerce (a free plugin) to add ecommerce functionality. From there I could see either of these solutions allowing you to set up the functionality you need:
– https://woocommerce.com/products/composite-products/ Allows you to create a “build a product” flow where the customer can add options to their order (with pricing you set) to allow them to create a custom order.
– https://woocommerce.com/products/request-a-quote-plugin-for-woocommerce/ A plugin that allows your vistors to submit a quote, with a customized form that you create and manage to ensure you get the info you need.
However, I do want to add that this requirement “I would like the business to be more automated and work exclusively, like having a form with automatic customer quote calculation, instead of negotiating” will present a challenge as I am not sure there is an off the shelf plugin that will meet the needs of your specific business model.
