Form doesn’t arrive to the chosen email
-
Hey everyone. I’ve created a form on WordPress but when I set up the email recipient from a GSuite account it doesn’t work.
It does work with my personal email – Gmail – but it doesn’t work with my professional email from Gsuite. Do you have any clues on what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks in advance! -
Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
Ultimately you would need to reach out to G Suite support to see if there’s anything blocking that email coming in.
You could try troubleshooting with an SMTP plugin as detailed here: https://wordpress.com/support/email-and-smtp-plugins/
I hope this helps!

Hey there :)
Thank you for your response.
When I click on the tab “WP Mail SMTP” in WordPress, it says that is a paid service, as it was showed a pop up message for a “30-day trial”. Is this a paid plug-in?Looking forward to your response!

Ahh is this site hosted here? It sounds like it may not be. If it isn’t here, this is what I recommend:
– Check in with your host to see whether your domain is showing up in /etc/localdomains . This shouldn’t be an issue on our services, but I’ve seen this server configuration issue when I worked with another hosting company. Basically when the server sends SMTP mail to @yourcustomdomain.com addresses, it tries to deliver it locally rather than checking your MX and sending out to the other email server.
– Going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Or, you’d be welcome to migrate your site to our services. You can find our pricing here:
