  I am looking for a form for my wordpress to allow readers to upload a file/image and send it to me through the registered email

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s not possible to allow image uploads by your readers here, but you could create a custom form, and ask them to supply a link to an image or file hosted elsewhere. :)
