form is distorted

    I have a form on my site, and something isn’t right with the display. I couldn’t find a way to fix it myself and would love some help…
    I’m on Shawburn theme, here is a screenshot:

    I’ll be happy to help you with this. I visited your site and navigated to a few pages, but I wasn’t able to locate where the form is. Could you share a direct link to the page with the form so that we can dig into it?

    Also, could you try visiting the page using a different browser to check if the form looks the same?
