Form not connecting to CRM

Photo Request Form – The form on this page is not working properly. There is something with the connection that is blocking the tags in place from being applied to the contact record in our CRM – Keap/Infusionsoft.

Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Yes, I thought that it was strange that I couldn’t log into my accounts even though I’m admin for both https://rto9.ca and https://southeasternontario.ca/ The only username that was working was @lindsaymedeiros12
The site I’m currently having difficulty with is https://rto9.ca

Hi there,
Both those sites are built with the open source version of WordPress, and hosted at Amazon Web Services. So each of those sites will have their own unique login for their respective admin user accounts, which in turn are completely separate from your WordPress.com username account you used to log in here.
If you’re having trouble logging into the admin accounts on either of those sites, you can find the password reset documentation for that version of WordPress here:

As for the original question, are you speaking of the form at https://rto9.ca/photo-library-request/?
Looking at the source code for that form in my browser, it looks like you’re using the Gravity Forms plugin for that form, so it’s best if you contact them directly for help with this:
Or otherwise you can try support for your CRM – it sounds like the problem might be a conflict between those two products, but I can’t really say which one.
