Form not loading

  I have built a form that is perfectly visible.
  In the same way, I have built a second larger form that is not. And I don’t know why it isn’t.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not seeing much content on http://asdf595370589.wordpress.com/. To confirm, is this the URL of the website you are referring to?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
