Form Not Submitting

  Hi, a form button on my Join Our Team page isn’t submitting anywhere. I’ve tried multiple email addresses and am not sure what’s wrong. Can someone help, please?

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or if you’re using a specific contact form plugin, contact support for that plugin directly.
