  I tried to put a sign up form on my blog, which did not work. but now I just want to remove it, how do I do this/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Delete the page?
  Go to your html view and remove the code?

  In WordPress you can easily get a Contact Form, just type [contact-form] on a page or even in a post.

  Also, with the contact form if you decide to use it, paste the code into the HTML tag in the editor, and make sure that comments are turned off for that page (discussion section below text area).
