Form pages aren’t working on my site

The pages on my site that have simple form fields to fill out have stopped working. They’ve been working fine for at least 2 years. Other pages work great. The form fields are just a blur. I also notice that the loading bar does not complete like it would normally… have tested on multiple browsers and on mobile… also tried republishing the page. Not sure what to do, please help!

We identified the issue, and a fix is already on the way. I checked your site and found that the form was showing up correctly after the page finishes loading. Can you check again and let us know if it’s still not working?

Hey, thanks for your reply! Unfortunately no… still an issue. Just tested in incognito mode as well and same result. This is after the browser showed it finished loading.

Thank you…. the timing on this is really bad… we just launched our first social ad and it’s driving good traffic to the site… unfortunately with this bug we’re not able to capitalize on it :(

Just went and tested on every device and browser I have… looks like it’s working 90% of the time now! It wasn’t working in one browser at first, but it is now. Thank you for looking into this and fixing it! Do you think the fix will be permanent? Really appreciate your quick response and help, you rock!

We did recently release a fix for this issue. This should prevent this issue from happening but we are still working on a full patch here. If you continue having issues, please do not hesitate to let us know. So that we can better narrow down the issue, make sure to include the device and browser used where you still see the issue.
