form plugin?

  Hi Everyone,
  I’m relatively new to WordPress. I’m looking for a form plugin that would create forms and store the results in a database. Results should be easily accessed through a UI or capable o being exported to Excel. The forms also need to be able to process payments using PayPal Website Pro. Is there anything out there that has this sort of functionality? If not, is it possible just to create PHP forms and use them on WordPress pages?

  This is the WordPress.com support forum. Here we provide support only to those with free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins into our free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
