Form problems

    Hi everybody! I’m really frustrated with this as I can’t find this anywhere on the internet or I just search the wrong things.

    I will have a form on my site (simple as HTML or from a plugin) and it will look like this (it will be all with radiobuttons, so only one choice in a category will be possible):

    == Plane ==
    – Aircompany1 – 200 EUR
    – Aircompany2 – 300 EUR

    == Hotel ==
    – Hotel1 – 150 EUR
    – Hotel2 – 200 EUR

    And in the end I want there to be a SUM of all fields.
    So that means, if the user chooses Aircompany1 and Hotel1 the sum beneath will be 350 EUR. But if user chooses Aircompany1 and Hotel2 for example it will be 400 EUR.

    My question here is, which is the code for the whole form (or the plugin) to use this and have a sum at the end?
    Please, help me as I really need it!
