Form results sent with appearance of form page: any existing solutions?

    One of my clients asked me to investigate this and see if anyone has an existing solution.

    He has a website with a basic form, powered by Ninja Forms (the exact form plugin used does not necessarily apply to my question) which sends the results to an email address..

    He would like to see in his email, not just the list of fields that were filled out, but a fully rendered page that replicates the original form page as it looked to the site visitor when filling it out.

    He wants this feature, but also doesn’t want me to take the time to hand-code a template for him if there is an alternative. I know that Ninja Forms will let me code a template around the fields that it sends, so I could bash something together that fits his requirements.

    Before I put in the effort, does anyone know of a form plugin that already does this?

    The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
