Form save to database in admin-only area of website.

    I have a wordpress.com site and I want to set up an admin-only area on the website where we can keep a database of parents who have given permission for their children’s photos to be published on our Facebook page. This admin area would be viewed by the 3 administrators of the Facebook page.

    I also want to set up a form which saves to this database, so as parents give permission the data automatically updates the database.

    Is this possible within wordpress.com?
