Form Submission

I’ve been having difficulty with my form submission on 2 fronts. The first being I had it set to go to my business email but it doesn’t show up at all. It will go to my personal email, but not the one I actually need it to be sent to.
Secondly, I tried to sett the submission settings several times, but each time and every option I’ve tried when the form is submitted nothing shows up. It just jumps back to a blank form.

I’ll be happy to help you with this. Could you tell us the email address where you’d like the form submissions to be sent? We can check why the emails are not being sent.

Just so I understand this better, can you tell us which setting exactly you want to change? I’m not fully sure I follow what you were doing and what happened. If you can elaborate on what you wanted to do, the exact steps you followed, and what happened, we can take a look. Also, please be sure to include the link to the page/post where we can see the form.
