Form Submission Issue

  I had an old version of the Form Maker plugin for our church website. Pastors were complaining that it would not submit or direct them to the payment site. I put the issue out on a forum and someone checked the link and said the plug in was old and needed to be upgraded to the newest version.

  I ended up upgrading to CaptainForm. I use it on another site and like it a lot. I’m still having complaints that the form won’t submit or it won’t direct them to the payment site. I’m gathering this is not a plugin issue since I have upgraded. I have tested the forms several times and I don’t have the issues they are having. How can I track down what the issue is?
