Form submission sometimes leads to a “Welcome to webhost2 webhosting” page?

    Hi. I cannot replicate this issue on my various environments but my users reported that when they submit this form (it’s a series of pages to collect info, ending at page 5), they get directed to a cpanel page (see attachment). This issue seems to happen mostly with MacOS users, although 1 Android Firefox user also reported it. Any idea?
