form won't center on page

  I have a wordpress site and am having trouble setting a Ninja form to center. The page is http://www.sea-trek.com/contact

  Thank you for any help you can provide! I am not a coder, but I did add <p style=”text-align: center;”>[ninja_forms id=7]</p>
