  The format on our laptop has changed and appears like it remains in draft format with the title photo being cut off. Any suggestions?

  Hi there!

  I’m not really sure what you mean. What is remaining in draft format? Can you give me a link? Or a screenshot? (Just upload it to your Media Library.)

  Good Morning,

  I have uploaded the screen shots to our media library and even created a draft post called screen shot. Not sure what is going on but each time we try to get to our dashboard to perform administration tasks of any kind, we are limited in our ability to do so. The admin pages are strangely formatted now and unresponsive. Please see screen shots for clarity.
  Look forward to hearing from you and hoping for resolution…

  Thanks for those screenshots! It looks like your browser isn’t fully rendering your administrative pages. Can you tell what browser version you’re using? And could you try using a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox?

  I don’t think that is the issue. I am using safari on all my apple devices and always have been. I would have to download a new browser on all 4devices. Is there any chance there could be some other way to change it?

  Hi Ingrid,

  Sorry for being unclear. I don’t need you to completely change your browser forever. I just want you to test and see if it’s happening in another browser. If it is, then its either a computer-wide issue or a site issue. However, if it isn’t, then we know the problem is isolated to Safari on your machine.

  Let me know if you’re able to access your admin pages formatted correctly from another browser on the same computer and then we can move forward with some more specific troubleshooting steps.
