  Somehow, when I copy and paste, even when I delete a whole section and rewrite it, my text is all over the place when I post a blog. In the creating page everything looks fine and then it gets all messed up when published. Why?! HELP!

  Hi, @aprayerandapair.

  Sometimes when you copy and paste into the Visual editor, the clipboard brings along code in the background that can change the display of your text. You may want to try turning on the “Paste as Text” option in the visual editor. When this is turned on a special process will run in the background when you paste in text to remove the extra code that may be breaking your formatting.

  To turn this on you click on the clipboard with a “T” in it on your toolbar. When it is turned on it will look like this (darker and with a thin box around it):

  If you have existing posts that contain formatting issues the easiest way to clean them up is to edit them using the HTML view (choose HTML at the top right of the editor) and remove any extra code that may be in there breaking the formatting.

  If you have an example of a post that needs fixing I can take a look at it and give you a bit of guidance on what HTML might be causing the problem.
