format / appearance changed and I dont know how, or how to get it back

  My pages / posts are all messed up – just saw that now when I opened it – like the screen is uber stretched… how do I get it back to what it’s supposed to be?

  … so I think it was the Freshy theme I was using… changed the appearance theme and it looks like it might be okay. I’d rather use the freshy theme. Any thoughts?
