Format of Emails to Subscribers

  Is there any way to change the template of the email notifications that subscribers receive? (Paid or free acounts, doesn’t matter.)

  Ideally I’d like the actual emails to look just like the WP page, a digest of recent posts’ short descriptions and a link to the full story.
