Format of links in published text

I’ve noticed that when I insert links in my posts, they’re clickable as I expect, but look almost indistinguishable from the regular text. I’d prefer to have a clear distinction between the black text and blue hyperlinks, so that my readers know there’s a link there. Is there any way of changing their appearance? I’ve searched everywhere, and can’t seem to find a way of doing it.
I don’t know if it matters, but I’m using Skeptical for my theme.

You can change their color on a link by link basis by modifying their code in the HTML editor – see here:
